Q: How do I check the status of my order?
A: When placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Our fulfillment warehouse pack your order and ship your Learner Lights as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification and tracking number.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped and 5 - 7 additional days for your order to be delivered. We ship with Australia Post and Sendle for all Australian and New Zealand orders. For International orders, please allow up to 21 days.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes ! We ship to New Zealand - USA and Canada. Please contact us for other worldwide shipping information - support@learnerlight.com.au

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?
A: Absolutely ! We use SSL security to ensure that all of your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used only once when purchasing your product. We never store information about our customers' private details.

Q: How do I order on your website?
A: Simply select the quantity of Learner Lights you want to buy and click the "Buy Now"  button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we will ship your order to you as soon as possible !

Q: Does The 'Learner Light' offer a quality guarantee for all products sold?
A: Absolutely ! If your product is damaged upon opening, contact us immediately ! We do our best to ensure your best shopping experience. Simply contact us and we'll get back to you ! We also have a 1 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
