Returns

.To start a return, you can contact us at support@learnerlight.com.au If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 30 days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

1 Year Manufacturer Warranty *

Learner Light has a Limited Warranty on the LED, Battery and Solar Panel lighting system. Manufacturer Warranty does not cover any damage caused to the PVC structure due to incorrect usage, wear and tear or misuse of the Learner Light. To start a warranty claim contact us at support@learnerlight.com.au . If your warranty claim is accepted, we will send  instructions on where to send your Learner Light. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Conditions of Use

• Make sure vehicle roof surface is clean
• Only use Learner Light on the roof of your vehicle

Do not over inflate

Do not exceed 90 Kph

Do not use on roof surface if above 40 Degrees

Do not remove or try move the Learner Light whilst driving

Do not use in heavy rain or hail storms
